BIG - A big, to us, refers to either the Big Brother or Big Sister.
LITTLE - We refer to our little brothers or little sisters collectively as Littles.
MENTOR - by dictionary definition, an experienced and trusted adviser. We use this in reference to our Bigs, who are the mentor to the Littles.
RTBM - An acronym we use for when the paperwork has been completed and a little is Ready To Be Matched.
