2021 Big Brothers Big Sisters BIG Birdie Ball
Play a 9-hole Birdie Ball course through Downtown Clarksville using a specially designed ball provided by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville. Strike it just like a normal ball off of a protective mat, and instead of walking 200 yards for your next shot, you only walk 20!
Golfers are allowed 1 to 3 clubs to carry on the “course.” We recommend a mid-range or high iron like a 6 or 8… You won't have to putt. Holes wrap around the courthouse and roll down alleyways. “Golfers” will have to battle fountains, trees and some surprise hazards, but it’s all in the name of fun and charity!
The event – which is easy and open to anyone regardless of skill level – benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville and will help pair at-risk youth in community with mentors who can show them a brighter future and help defend their potential.
"Tee Times" start at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5
